Thorana and Victor have combined to provide training workshops, seminars, and courses throughout the country. Thorana's training focus in recent years revolves around four major themes:

• MFT Supervision courses for marriage and family therapy supervisors-in-training
• MFT Professional Ethics
• Research-based workshops and seminars
• Solution-focused theory and application

Victor's training emphasis has been in the fields of family violence and divorce, organizational leadership and development, and Employee Assistance Program in-service events for supervisors and employees:

• Divorce Orientation and Divorce Education
• Setting and Achieving Life Goals
• Stress Management, Anger Management
